How it works
How does Realwords work?
Realwords is Natural Language Generation software. Essentially that means that Realwords takes data and turns that data into intelligible sentences.
Realword’s algorithm has been designed to form property descriptions from the data that agents enter into a form.
Are the property descriptions actually written by a computer?
Agents complete a form answering questions about a property. The answers are analysed by the Realwords algorithm. This process generates the property descriptions. So yes, the software generates the description.
The most complicated part of developing the algorithm was to ensure the descriptions sounded as natural as possible.
Are the property descriptions unique?
There are thousands and thousands of different combinations of property descriptions that can be generated by Realwords. The odds of the same description being generated twice would be very slim.
The more detail that is entered into a form, the more likely the description is to be truly unique.
Will I have the same property profile as another agent?
There are 7-billion people in the world, and yet people still have doppelgängers. While it’s statistically unlikely for the same profile to be generated twice, even Barack Obama would agree that it might happen.
How long does it take to generate a property profile?
You can generate a property profile description with Realwords in just a few minutes. It’s a simple process but you should try to provide as much information as possible. Filling in the form should only take a few minutes and then the profile will be emailed to you as a Word doc, almost instantaneously.
How hard is Realwords to use?
If you can use Facebook, you can use Realwords. All you need to do is type in the address of the property and then use a mouse (or your finger if you’re on a phone) and tick boxes in a form. That’s all there is to it.
The more detail you put into the form, the more accurate the property description will be.
Billing
How much does Realwords cost?
We have a range of different packages to suit all types of agencies. You can check our pricing page for more information.
How can I pay?
Agencies can sign up to Realwords and invest in an annual subscription. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and even Diners.
Is there a "lock in" contract?
There is absolutely no lock in contract. You can cancel at any time and there’s no obligation to continue your subscription beyond the current billing period.
Are refunds available?
We’ll be sorry to see you go. Once your account is cancelled, everything will be permanently deleted, including all the property descriptions you will have generated. When you cancel you won’t be charged again but you are responsible for any charges already incurred – ie no refunds for the remainder of the year.
When will I be charged?
We currently bill your credit card once a year.
Can I upgrade/downgrade?
We have different plans to suit different sized agencies. If you’ve got more users than your current plan allows for, you can upgrade. Conversely, you can save money by downgrading to a lower plan if you’re not filling all the user capacity. Check the pricing page for more details.
If you upgrade or downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, you’ll be charged the new rate for your new plan starting on your next billing cycle. If you cancel you’ll be cancelled immediately and you won’t be charged again.
Users
How many agents can use my account?
We have different plans to suit different sized agencies. No matter if you have one agent or fifty, there’s a Realwords account to suit your agency. Check the pricing page for more information.
What is a user?
We define a user as an agent. If an agent chooses to have a personal assistant use Realwords on his/her behalf, that’s fine. However, it’s not permitted for agents to share the one login – each agent should have their own login.
What is the difference between a user, admin and the account owner?
A standard User is permitted access to Realwords to generate property descriptions. They can also edit their personal details and access the archive (of all the property descriptions generated in their account).
An Admin has the same access has a standard User but can also access the user section of Realwords. This permits them to invite new users to their account. They can also reset passwords and delete users.
There can only be one Account Owner. This person has access to everything, including the invoices and the billing section. They can change credit cards, etc.
